lAccelerate the construction of new scenarios such as smart catering, smart travelling, digital homes, doorstep economy, and instant retail.

lAccelerate the digital transformation and intelligent operation of urban buildings, roads, bridges, and other public facilities. Promote the integration of new energy vehicles into the new power system. And advance the coordinated development of urban intelligent infrastructure and intelligent connected vehicles.
